How I make my workout plans.

As you might know I have launched my first fitness planners. You might be wondering how I make my workout/ fitness plans? How do I know what to include, or what is helpful to have on a planner? Well, Neetli is my journey as well. As I design more and more planners, I seem to learn what needs to be included and what is just an unnecessary addition.

Another thing that helps me know what to add is the fact that I workout myself. Being someone who is into fitness helps me know what I would like the ideal fitness planner to look like.
